As spring slowly approaches, our business is starting to head into the busy season. Roofing and gutter season always picks up around this time of year, which means our crews are getting busy. This is great for business, but what does it mean for our potential and returning customers? To help our community stay informed, we’re sharing the three things you can expect as we head into this year’s busy season!

Our schedules will be busier.
We’ve always done a great job of staying organized and keeping our schedules in order. However, the busier we get, the fuller our schedule will become! For you, this means if you wait to schedule you may experience a longer wait time before your project can be scheduled to start.

We’ll be out of the office more.
During cold seasons and bad weather days, you might have seen us getting work done around our warehouse on West River Road. Now that the weather is looking better, we’re out at job sites much more often, which means you might miss us if you stop in the shop. However, you can always call if you need to get a hold of your project manager!

We’ll be checking in on our customers to verify schedules.
Like we said before, we like to stay organized! If we have a customer on the schedule, we try to check in with them to make sure everything is good to go. Don’t be surprised if you get a call from us – we just want to check in!
