Getting a commercial repair from Coates Bros is a slightly different process than a residential repair. We want to make sure your repairs are handled in a timely fashion and to make the process as simple as possible for our customers. To help move things along, we’re sharing 3 things to know before you submit your request!
1. Have we worked on your building before?
Coates Bros uses a system called Roof Asset Management for our commercial roofing repairs. This system keeps a log of every building we’ve ever worked on, and allows the customer to track their repairs, submit repair requests, view invoices, photos and much more! If we’ve worked on your building before, you’ll already be in our system which makes the process much faster. If we haven’t, don’t worry! It only takes a couple minutes to add a customer to the Roof Asset Management system.
2. Where is your repair needed?
If you are able to tell us where your needed repairs are on the roof, it will save time once we get to your location. It doesn’t need to be an exact location, but if you know the damage is towards the front of the building or in a certain corner, it will make it much easier for us to find! Many times we are able to access the roof without the customer being at the location, so it helps to know what we’re looking for.
3. How severe is the damage?
If your commercial building is experiencing a severe leak that is damaging the inside of your building, tell us! We can usually make that repair a priority over other smaller repairs. We know that your building and anything inside it is important to you and your business, so we want to do our best to protect those assets.
